Since it was first held in 2003, The Heart Kids Blogathon has raised over $135,000 for the Dr.Mani Children Heart Foundation, helping 60 children receive life-saving heart surgery.

For the next event, we're setting our target higher. It is our hope to be able to fund at least FORTY SEVEN operations with the funds raised this year - and a large share of it will come from The Heart Kids Blogathon.
