He understands only too well the burden placed on his family by his heart birth defect. His father travels to another city to earn a living, leaving his mother to care for the family. But the wages he earns are hardly enough to cover the expense of costly heart surgery.
Poovarasan was referred to the Dr.Mani Children Heart Foundation, and his surgery was performed on February 27th, 2009. Now, he's smiling from his hospital bed - and YOU made it happen!
